The Client(s) acknowledge that the granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the government and not Eladder4U Pvt Ltd or the RCIC

If, however, the application is denied because of an error or omission on the part of Eladder4U Pvt Ltd or the RCIC, Eladder4U Pvt Ltd or the RCIC will refund all administrative l fees collected excluding government fee and disbursements. The Client(s) agree that the fees paid are for services indicated above, and any refund is strictly limited to the fees paid.

If a refund is issued Terms and Conditions, we confirm that in line with Eladder4U Pvt Ltd the refund will be made only through the Original Mode of Payment and transfer fee and currency conversion forex loss will be borne by the client.

The validation of the service agreement is until the client receives service completion confirmation and Eladder4U Pvt Ltd is not liable for any other service referred to in the said agreement after the validity of the service agreement.

The client(s) also acknowledges that there will be no refund of any paid service fees if the client(s) chooses to discontinue the service or voluntarily withdraw the application. Any outstanding fees or disbursements should be immediately remitted by the client to Eladder4U Pvt Ltd.

The client(s) also acknowledges that there will be no refund of any paid service fees if the client(s) fail to provide required documentation for submission within 60 days of signing the retainer agreement. The file will be closed. The client will have to pay an administrative fee to reopen the case.
