All payments made for training, coaching, and related services are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, users are not entitled to a refund, regardless of usage, attendance, or completion of the service. This policy applies to all offerings on our website and any Eladder4U-branded products or services.

3. Rescheduling Policy

While refunds are not provided, we may, at our discretion, permit rescheduling for certain services, such as one-on-one coaching sessions, if a minimum notice period specified in the service agreement is met. Users may be allowed to reschedule their sessions according to availability but must provide the required notice as outlined in their service agreement. Cancellations by the user after purchase do not qualify for refunds or credits.

4. No Guarantees of Specific Results

Training and coaching services require active participation from users. While Eladder4U strives to provide high-quality, goal-oriented training and coaching, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. The effectiveness of these services depends significantly on user engagement and commitment, and results may vary.

5. Cancellation by Eladder4U

If a session or course is canceled by Eladder4U due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the option of rescheduling the session or providing a credit for future services of equal value. This rescheduling option does not apply if the user cancels or fails to attend a scheduled session. Refunds will not be provided in these cases.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing or shipping address.

By purchasing any service from us, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. This includes promptly updating your account and contact details, including your email address and payment information, so that we can complete your transactions and communicate effectively as needed.
